    To strengthen the collective marketing efforts of the destination, we invite you to get involved in Banff & Lake Louise Tourism events! We encourage you to also create your own supplementary events, and to promote destination events within your own marketing to drive visitation and overnight stays. Below are the several unique opportunities developed for you to get involved with. Please fill out the form below to express your interest in participation. The Events team will be in touch shortly with more information and details related to your selection(s).

  • Santa Claus Celebration of Lights Member Opportunities

  • About the Event

    • Locations: 200 block Banff Avenue (between Wolf and Caribou), Caribou Street and Bear Street
    • Dates and times: Saturday November 16, 12:00 - 7:00pm and Sunday November 17, 9:00am - 2:00pm


    Important Information

    • Submisson deadline: August 12, 2024.
    • Upon submission, BLLT will review and follow up with you for a more detailed discussion if required. 
    • All submissions will be reviewed and require approval from BLLT, Town of Banff, and AHS (depending on activation). 
    • In October, as event and member activation details are confirmed, all members will be updated. 

  • In Search of Christmas Spirit

    For 2024, member hotels will have two options to leverage In Search of Christmas Spirit tickets to help drive overnight stays, and enhance visitor experience. Please review and select the option that best suited to your business needs.

  • About the Event

    • Location: Cascades of Time Garden
    • Dates and times: Open on select evenings between Thursday, November 14* to Tuesday, December 31, 2024:
      • Thursday, November 14* to Sunday, December 15 open Thursdays to Sundays (non-operational Mondays-Wednesdays).
      • Thursday, December 19 to Tuesday, December 31 open daily.
    • Tickets:
      • 10 timeslots/evening, running every 30 minutes from 4:30-9:00pm.
      • 60 tickets/timeslot, for a total of 600 attendees per night.
      • Tickets are free.  

    Important Information

    • Hotels interested in the Experience and Ticket Package option will be required to submit an overview of how they plan to align a hotel experience (programs, events or other offers) with ISOCS tickets. Please include the dates, times and quantity of ticket blocks required.  
    • Experience Package Outline deadline: August 12, 2024
    • Upon submission, BLLT will review and follow up with the member for a more detailed discussion.
    • All submissions will be reviewed and require approval from BLLT.
    • Members are welcome to pariticpate in both options. 

    *Start date is pending Parks Canada approval.
